Search Quality Rating Guidelines Reflect What Google Thinks Search Users Want

Google has released the full version of their Search Quality Rating Guidelinesa PDF document of 160 pages, which aims to help Google Search Quality Raters understand how to evaluate the results of the search they are testing.
In 2013, Google has published human scoring guidelines to ensure transparency about how Google works and to help webmasters understand what Google looks on webpages. Since then, many things have changed: in particular, people have more smartphones than ever and more searches are done on mobile devices today on computers.
Google’s Mimi Underwood (Sr. Program Manager, Search Growth & Analysis) said that “This is not the final version of our rater guidelines. The guidelines will continue to evolve as search, and how people use it, changes.
